Return & Refund Policy

HAVE AN ISSUE WITH OUR PRODUCT ? DO NOT WORRY !

Return & Exchange :

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • If the product(s) delivered is damaged on receipt, we can either do a product replacement or we can issue you a coupon code which you can redeem against a purchase within the next 180 days. We can also issue a complete refund in such cases post mutual discussion. The refunds will be processed only after we have received the damaged product in our warehouse and it has been inspected by our Quality Control team. Also while making the return request, our team will need a video highlighting the damage and also showing that the product is unused.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer any return/ exchange for products that are customized to your preference as the same will not fit any other customer and would end up being a waste.
  • Size exchanges are available only once after purchase.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment or in case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the address as provided by our Customer Experience team.
  • Items that are on a discount or sale of 25% or more will not be eligible for return/ exchange except in case of damaged products being delivered.

Cancellation :

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at nopants.care@gmail.com or on Whatsapp.

Refund :

We refund the returned orders only in form of a coupon code with no expiration date that can be redeemed at our online store. The refunds will be processed only after we have received the damaged product in our warehouse and it has been inspected by our Quality Control team. It may take upto 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed.

DISCLAIMER : To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns/ exchanges on certain product categories including innerwear i.e boxer shorts. NoPants may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
